The need for portable drinking water and the severe negative impact of Industrial effluent on our environment and health is the drive behind Fluidel Water Technology. Portable Water Treatment: Fluidel plants treat completely the chemistry and bacteriological impurities in water using the Reverse Osmosis system with five different filtration stages before treatment process, Cartridge filters of 7 and 0.5 micron, Activated carbon filters, Osmosis membrane with the option of UV lamp. Our plants do complete chemical, mechanical and Activated carbon filtration.

Health and Chemical Industries: High purity water for special applications in pharmaceutical industries, Demineralised water for medical uses in hospitals and laboratories, Photographic, electronic and chemical industries.

Agro based Industries: Water for nurseries and greenhouses, Fish Ponds, Irrigation in brackish coastal areas.

Engineering, Procurement and Construction: Fluidel E&P designs, manufactures, supplies, installs, tests and commissions water schemes, buster stations, distribution reservoirs, boreholes, water treatment systems, plants, complete revamping of water schemes and turnkey projects with credibility and Specification, Supply of spares such as filters, pumps, flow switch, flow switch, flow gauge, stainless steel pumps, booster pumps, pressure balls.

Project Management Services: Fluidel Water Technology is specialized in plants engineering and can support the Clients by site inspections, analysis, feasibility studies, process selection, basic & detail design. Our plants are studied to satisfy completely the technical requirement of customer and in the meantime find the best compromise between dimensions, financial, operation and maintenance costs.

Fluidel Water Dispenser for cool water after treatment:

Cost effective cooling dispenser for your treated water, connected directly to the network and serves cool water. Completely Economic (uses the treated tap water), hygienic (Uses the micro filter of 0.5 micron approved by the health ministry, eliminates impurities, chlorine odour, and above all bacterial load) Practical (Stops the constant purchase of bottled water). Capacities available are as follows:

FWT Model UF + RO Plants 100 – 300M³/day
FWT Model UF + RO Plants 300 – 1000M³/day
FWT Model UF + RO Plants 1000 – 5000M³/day

Other capacities can customized according to client’s specific needs. For Domestic use, Camp grounds, Swimming pools, Estates, hotels, Hospitals, Industries, Communities and Government Water schemes.

Sewage Treatment: Complete plants that carry out complete sewage treatment for Homes, Estates, Industries, and Communities. Products do not consume energy.

Effluent/ Waste Water Treatment Systems: Utilized in boilers and for the treatment of condensate (together with ion exchange installations), Cooling and process water for refineries, Industrial discharge treatment for the recovery of precious components, recycling of process water.

Used in drinking water systems for Protection of cold and warm water circulation systems valves and pumps. AquaBion ® equipped circulation systems have fewer burst pipes, also, increased water volume and pressure at outlets prevents ‘browning’ of water. In cooling system, it ensures longer maintenance intervals for heat exchangers, as well as the reduction or even replacement of hardness stabilizers and corrosion inhibitor, result in significant cost savings (additives, water and energy). For Process water for manufacturing, it protects extrusion and injection moulding machines, autoclaves systems, induction coolers, circulation and vacuum pumps
